Monday's Food for Thought
In most of my Monday classes, I always begin by asking people how many are excited about Monday and how many are not. The most anticipated response is that people are not excited and are experiencing the “Monday Blues”. Some even wished, how the weekend was longer.
For some of you, Monday is an great day to be connected back with friends and an opportunity to explore what happened over the weekend. Reminiscing about the good times is one way to inject positivity into your own life. This process also allows you to acknowledge who you are and to accept yourself a little more.
